Uptown Charlotte Engagement Photos

There are so many wonderful locations in Uptown Charlotte to take those dreamy editorial engagement photos so many couples dream of. For this session we started at Gandhi Park which is nestled right in front of the golden-doored and ivory-pillared Charlotte District Attorney's office.

It's nearly impossible to take a poor photo with this Uptown Charlotte location. The golden doors against the beige building create an elegant and timeless backdrop. I love how H & J chose upscale outfits to match the beauty of the building. They really leaned into the editorial "future bride" look which made their gallery feel like a true engagement session and not just another couple's session.

After Ghandi Park, we took the last little bit of our session to take some photos with the gorgeous Charlotte skyline. H put on a veil and added a purse with "bride" written on it. Truly the most perfect bride-to-be outfit!

We finally ended our session with the dreamiest sunset photos on top of a parking deck! Golden hour is always wonderful, but there's nothing like taking engagement photos in front of a pink sunset and the Charlotte Skyline.
